Ordering is easy.
Email, call or fax us the following items.
- Purchase order number
- Evergreen catalog number
- Product description including size and color
- Special packaging or shipping instructions
Terms:
Payment: Net 30 days with approved credit. Purchasers who do not have an account with us may charge their order using American Express, Visa, Mastercard or prepay using a company check/money order. To set up an account please contact our Accounts Receivable department.
Minimum order:
Evergreen does not require a minimum order; however, in order to defray processing costs, a USD $5.00 service charge will be added to all orders less than USD $50.00.
Prices and specifications:
Prices are FOB shipping point in U.S. dollars. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as material costs and market conditions, Evergreen Scientific reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and requests that pricing information be used as a guide only. When price changes do occur, all orders received without advance quotations will be invoiced at the prices current as of the shipping date. Current prices will be cheerfully quoted upon request.
Returns:
When returning merchandise to Evergreen Scientific because of a problem in service or goods, the procedure is as follows:
1. Call the Customer Service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please have available the product number, date purchased and the quantity to be returned. Also have available your original purchase order number and Evergreen invoice number.
2. After obtaining an RMA number, return merchandise to:

3. All return merchandise should be sent freight prepaid unless special prior arrangements have been made with a Customer Service representative.
4. For merchandise ordered in error there will be a restocking charge of 20% of invoice value. Please follow this procedure to ensure proper crediting of the returned merchandise.
Standing & Blanket orders:
Yearly standing & blanket orders at discount prices may be established for all products in this catalog, either through our home office or an authorized distributor.
