The products listed in this website are available directly
from Evergreen Scientific or through one of our authorized
distributors.

Payment net 30 days with approved credit.
Purchasers who do not have an account with us may charge their
order using Visa, Mastercard or American Express or pre-pay
using a company check or money order. To setup an account,
please contact our accounts receivable department.
Evergreen does not require a minimum order; however, in order
to defray processing costs, a USD$5.00 service charge will
be added to all orders less than USD$50.00.
Prices shown are FOB shipping point in U.S. dollars. Every
effort is made to include only the most current information
at the time of publication.
However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as material
costs and market conditions, Evergreen Scientific reserves
the right to change prices without prior notice and requests
that pricing information be used as a guide only.
When price changes do occur, all orders received without
advance quotations will be invoiced at the prices current
as of the shipping date. Current prices will be cheerfully
quoted upon request.
As a part of our continuous efforts to improve our products'
quality, some of the items supplied may differ from the catalog
specifications.
Unless otherwise specified, we shall use the most economical
method available to ship your order. If you require any special
shipping or handling, please notify us when placing your order.
When returning merchandise to Evergreen Scientific because
of a problem in service or goods, the procedure is as follows:
1. Call the customer service department for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). Please have available the product catalog
number, date purchased and the quantity to be returned. Please
also have available your original purchase order number and
Evergreen invoice number.
2. After obtaining an RMA, return merchandise to:

Please include all necessary documents. Be sure to reference
the above mentioned RMA.
3. All return merchandise should be sent freight prepaid
unless special prior arrangements have been made with a customer
service representative.
4. For merchandise ordered in error, there will be a restocking
charge of 20% of invoice value.
Please follow this procedure to ensure proper crediting of
the returned merchandise.
Yearly standing and blanket orders at discounted prices may
be established for all products in this catalog either through
our home office or an authorized distributor.
