96-Well Plates

Caplugs Evergreen offers several styles of well plates. Each of the microplates has a raised rim design which reduces cross contamination and provides a better fit to the corresponding raised ring in the lid. Plus, use of the included lid reduces excessive evaporative fluid loss. Bottom formats available include:

• Flat (F) bottom – most commonly used
  • 0.37 mL well capacity
• Conical (V) bottom – for microtiter use
  • 0.30 mL well capacity
• Round (U) bottom – for good mixing
  • 0.32 mL well capacity
• Chamfered (C) bottom – flat center with rounded corners to improve fluid recovery
  • 0.35 mL well capacity
• Open (O) bottom - for membrane attachment

Sterile and treated 96-well plates are gamma irradiated and available in individual packaging.
